What kind of people are you looking for?
We are looking for enthusiastic people, who have a particular skill that suits at least one of the departments in our internship program. They should be willing to experiment with new and creative ideas and work hard to achieve assigned goals.
What learning will I get out of this internship?
You will get hand-on experience of planning and running different departments in ventures like Ideas Evolved. You will interact with the experts who have been working in this field and get their insights about the do’s and don’ts of such ventures.
Will there be any stipend?
No, but the teams will get commission on the basis of the sales and advertising deals they rope in for Ideas Evolved.
What is the deadline for application?
You have to fill the application form by 14th June, midnight, after which you will receive an email confirmation that your application has been received.
Can foreigners apply?
Yes, the Ideas Evolved Internship is not limited to any region. We welcome applications from people from around the globe, who wish to become a part of the iE community.
What must we include in our cover letter?
You are required to mention your name, age, institute, city and whether you are an iE ambassador. In the SAME document, you have to add your C.V.

After the application deadline, we will be interviewing short listed applicants via telephone. You will be informed about the date and time of your interview via email. After interviews, internees will be selected and informed via email.
Can I do an internship for a smaller period of time?
iE only offers an 6-week long internship at the moment.
Is there any work that requires on-field visits?
Unless specified and stated to you very clearly (for purposes like that of marketing), the internship is purely home based, in fact, you can work from anywhere you like.
Applications are allowed from which regions of Pakistan?
This internship is internet based and thus your place of residence doesn’t make any difference as long as you have the potential to be a super-internee, a fit for our program.
Who will we be working under?
Each department will have its own coordinator. You will be interacting with the coordinator of your assigned department only. You might occasionally need to communicate with the HR manager.
Can I get this internship even if I have no previous work experience?
Yes. The internship has been designed in a way to facilitate you and give you a learning opportunity. If you have particular skills, the rest won’t matter.
What extra benefit does this internship offer us that no other does?
Apart from the fact that you can work from any part of the world (as long you have enthusiasm and a sound internet connection), you can also work alongside friends in teams of YOUR choice.
I do not live in Pakistan. What should I do?
That’s not a problem. You can still apply for this internship. Just provide an address of a relative living in Pakistan, to whom we can send your certificate after completion of the program.
