Here at iE, everyone of us is a telecommuter.

This allows our team to truly utilize their free time and fully exploit their potential (without sacrifice) for which they would otherwise have to go to greater lengths to be recognized. Ideas Evolved truly is created and operated by a team that works from any location that suits them (Home? College? Air port? Some restaurant with an internet connection?), decides when and how to work on each iE Project. And they finally get to see the fruits of their work up in lights in a matter of weeks, if not days. The focus is that ‘work is something you do, not something you travel to’. Truly a do-it-from-your-couch experience!
